Addresscloud named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024

We’re proud to announce that we have been ranked 11^th in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 list by Great Places To Work.

We are honoured to receive this award, which builds upon our recognition in the Best Workplaces in Tech list from 2023.

Our ranking was unveiled at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in the heart of London, recognised as the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards. Independently evaluated through a rigorous and distinctive process, according to Great Places To Work, those featured on the list have ‘demonstrated their ability to foster a remarkable workplace culture founded on trust, bolstered by innovative people management practices.’

Securing our position in the small organisation category fills us with pride as we receive official recognition for our commitment to inclusivity, excellence, and progress.

In compiling the UK’s Best Workplaces List, Great Place To Work analysed confidential employee survey responses concerning trust and reaching their full human potential. They also assessed employees’ perceptions of innovation, adherence to company values, and the effectiveness of leadership across various departments and hierarchical levels.

Utilising these insights, they benchmarked companies' employee value propositions against the actual culture experienced by their employees. Only those enterprises achieving the highest scores post-evaluation attain Best Workplaces status.
