Addresscloud triples down on commitment to compliance and security

At Addresscloud, we understand that trust is the foundation of every relationship with our clients. As part of our ongoing commitment to information security we are pleased to announce three significant developments: our successful transition to the ISO 27001:2022 standard; a move to real-time compliance monitoring; and the launch of our new customer Trust Centre.

A Commitment to the Highest Standards

Our transition to the ISO 27001:2022 standard represents a proactive step in ensuring we meet the highest levels of security for our clients. With the previous 2013 standard certification expiring in October 2025 we prioritised this transition early to ensure we are maintaining the latest industry standards.

To help us achieve this we invested in two supporting vendors: Vanta to migrate our Information Security Management System (ISMS) from a document management system to real-time monitoring; and Charmwood Risk Management to conduct our internal audit and advise on a smooth transition.

These upgrades and investments reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement to protect customer data.

Introducing the Trust Centre

In line with our dedication to transparency we are excited to introduce our customer Trust Centre. This platform provides both current and prospective clients with clear access to detailed information regarding our security policies, certifications, and practices. Designed to simplify the due diligence process the Trust Centre offers peace of mind, demonstrating our steadfast commitment to conducting business with integrity and ensuring the security of your data. Customers can request access to the Trust Centre by visiting trust.addresscloud.com.
