Integra partners with Addresscloud to power digital strategy

Leading UK home insurance provider, Integra Insurance Solutions (Integra) has selected geo-coding and property intelligence experts, Addresscloud in a multi-year deal to provide address-level risk assessment and exposure management services.

Addresscloud will provide Integra with highly accurate roof-top address level matching alongside access to their market-leading individual property characteristics and exposure and accumulation management tools. In addition, a range of critical perils including flood, subsidence and crime will now be underwritten at address level.

The 30+ property characteristics include property footprint, heating source and rebuild cost which will allow Integra to offer even more accurate premiums for every individual property. This ensures Integra’s customers will pay a more accurate price for their home insurance and in addition further improve Integra’s underwriting performance.

The integration between Addresscloud and Integra is deployed seamlessly via APIs and the Integra Insurer Hosted Pricing hub and is a further piece of innovation that builds on the digital evolution of Integra into a leading data and technology-led MGA.
